Encryption Technology

Our apps use industry-standard AES encryption. While we take reasonable measures to secure the encrypted content, we do not offer any guarantees on encryption strength or the security of your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your encrypted content.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree not to use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Distribution of harmful, illegal, or malicious software.

• Circumventing any security protocols.

• Engaging in fraudulent activities.

File and Content Sharing (Encryptor App)

The Encryptor app allows you to encrypt any file or content, with no file size limitations. Once encrypted, content can be shared using your device's native sharing options. Recipients who do not have a ScipherX(TM) account will be provided a temporary password for decryption via our web-based service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any lost emails, failed encryption, or decryption. You use our services at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the apps at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to legal requests or violations of these Terms. No prior notice will be provided.
