How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Email Request
Send an email to our support team at support@scryptx.io from the email address associated with your ScipherX account.
Subject Line
Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Confirmation
Our support team will process your request within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following actions are taken regarding your data:
Data Deleted
- All ScipherX account-related information will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Any encrypted content on your device remains on your phone, as ScryptX does not store user data on its servers. However, you will no longer be able to decrypt that content using your ScipherX account once the account is deleted.
Data Retained
- Transaction logs and system logs may be retained for up to 90 days for internal auditing and security purposes.
- Analytics data that does not personally identify you (e.g., aggregated app usage data) may be retained indefinitely to help us improve our services.
Data Removal Due to Inactivity
If your account remains inactive for a period of 2 years, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
